Some cards I have made

I'm not the most creative person in the world. I can't draw, I can't paint, I often fail at creating art. But I think I'm pretty decent at making cards. At least decent enough to send those cards to people I care about.

Last Sunday it was Mother's Day in Germany so I made a card for my mum

And here is the envelope

A birthday card for Sarah (Australia)

She also got a small gift so the envelope had to be a bit bigger

And here is a birthday card for Ann-Marie (England)

And here is the envelope

Sent mail

Well, even though I haven't received a lot of mail lately, I kept on working on my letter-pile at home which has now shrunken to an acceptable size.

Letters I have sent:

Letter and chocolate for Petra (Czech Republic)

And all packed up

Birthday-mail to David (England)

Long letter and some deco-tape for Mikaela

And all ready to send

Letter to Sandy (Scotland)

Letter to Malve (Germany)

Cute letter and some tea for Ann-Kristin

And here is the envelope

Letter to Dawn (England)

Letter to Sabine (Germany)

Letter to David (England)

Letter to Gerda (Greenland)

Letter to Juliane (Germany)

Fat letter to Sebastiano (Italy)

And finally a letter to Andy (England)

Mail received

I haven't gotten so much  mail lately which makes me a bit sad. I just love to hear the postman coming from the elevator, opening the little metal slip in our door. The sound of the mail dropping to the floor always gets me excited. But during the last two weeks it has mostly been bills that I picked up. I hope I'll get heaps of mail next week!! I still have 13 letters to reply to anyway so I'm not suffering from any writing-abstinence!

So here is the snail mail I have received since my last post:

Letters from Sanna (Finland), Signe (Estonia) and Ayn (USA)

Letter from Kazumi (Japan)

Letters from Sandy (Scotland) and Kerstin (Germany)
